Now for the REAL family photos!

Beach Days
We took our annual Foreman Family beach trip again this summer. We had a great time as usual. It was also eventful as usual. Tyler fell off the ladder that lead to the girls top bunk and we later learned he broke his collar bone (he is fine now and has recovered beautifully). Chuck kicked the rusted umbrella stand and we had to go to Pensacola and visit a walk-in clinic to get him a tetanus shot. I got sick the last night we were there (I think I enjoyed the appetizer just a little too much!!!) but once my stomach was empty I was fine. TJ, well he learned how to swim!!!! I was afraid the strangers at the pool were going to call DCF on us but we are still his parents even after the public torture. He actually likes swimming now!!! We really did have a great time and we are so blessed to have a family that makes spending time together a priority. Thanks mom for taking us to the beach again this year.

Science Experiment
Will, TJ and Wyatt search for the "magic balls".
This week has been VBS week and we had an extra special treat. Our friends came and stayed with us so they could attend VBS too! We had the best time. One afternoon after lunch Chuck pulled out one of his science experiments and had the boys look for clear balls. These balls fill up with water and then when they are in the water, you can't see them. It was fun to watch them search for the magic balls.

End of the Year Program
TJ - shy? Not really!
Ready to Sing!
Waiting for the program to start.
Ready to Sing!
Waiting for the program to start.
Tonight was TJ's end of year program. I was really proud of the way he sang at the program. After it was over they had cake and punch for the kids. I can't believe that next year will be his last year in preschool. He really is growing up fast. Tyler is going to stay home one more year and then he will start preschool.

9 Years and Counting!
We climbed the 90 steps to the top of the lighthouse.
Driftwood on the beach.
Driftwood on the beach.
Chuck and I got to go away for a long weekend to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. We were gone 3 nights and really enjoyed our time together. It was great to be able to do somethings that we enjoy doing. We hiked a lighthouse and enjoyed walks on the beach. We rode our bikes around St. Simon's Island and enjoyed each others company. We are SO thankful for our friendship and the time we have to reconnect without the kids. We LOVE being parents but we still enjoy just being a COUPLE. Happy Anniversary Chuck, I am the luckiest girl in the world to be married to such a great guy. I enjoy sharing my life with you and I look forward to many more years of adventure with you!

Green Eggs and Ham
TJ and Tyler have heard the story "Green Eggs and Ham" so much that they can "read" it to each other. Tonight TJ was reading to Tyler - it was such a sweet "picture". TJ uses great animation when he reads. They have the computer program for this book at Gram's house and they much have played it 100 times!
